30-Day Limited Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
Who provides this warranty
This limited warranty is provided by Guangzhou Derun Jewelry Co., Ltd., the operator of AIEGNOS.
This warranty applies to AIEGNOS jewelry ordered for delivery to the United States on or after the effective date and time shown at the top of this warranty. It does not replace commitments made for earlier orders or change warranty terms for other destinations.
Coverage and request period
This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date you receive your item. Please submit your warranty request within 30 days of receipt. This is a deadline for making the request, not for the item to arrive back with us.
How to request warranty service
Email support@aiegnos.com with your order number and a description of the defect. We will provide service and shipping instructions for your request, taking account of requirements that apply to your location.

How we resolve covered defects
If a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If we cannot repair or replace it, we will provide a refund. This does not exclude any other remedies required by applicable law.
Shipping costs
For quality-related return requests made within 14 days of receipt, we cover the return shipping costs.
For warranty requests submitted from day 15 through day 30 after receipt, you pay the cost of shipping the item back to China, except where applicable law requires us to pay that cost or requires a different service arrangement.
We pay the shipping cost to send a repaired or replacement item back to you.
Your other rights
We do not exclude or limit any implied warranties. The 30-day period applies to this limited warranty, not to the duration of any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Earlier orders
Orders placed before the effective date and time shown at the top of this warranty retain the warranty commitments made at purchase, including a one-year warranty if one was promised for that order. This update does not shorten those commitments.
New orders shipped outside the United States
For AIEGNOS jewelry ordered for delivery outside the United States on or after the effective date and time shown at the top of this warranty, the existing one-year warranty continues to apply from the date you receive your order. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal wear.
Requesting service under the existing one-year warranty
- Please contact AIEGNOS to request authorization before returning any item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Items must be securely packaged; AIEGNOS is not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
- Warranty is void for items showing signs of misuse, modification, or abnormal damage.
