3rd Degree Wiccan Wicca Symbols Necklace

The 3rd Degree Wiccan is given to people who have gained the expertise and experience to operate and lead a circle and who have been initiated long enough to hold the position of Elders of Wicca in their Circle. One should feel at ease in a leadership position by the time they have gained the information required to get their third degree. This doesn't mean they have to start their own coven, but they should be able to step in for the High Priestess or High Priest when necessary, take lessons without supervision, respond to inquiries from new initiates, and so on. The True Names of the gods, or those of the High Priestess and High Priest, are sometimes only known by Third Degree members.
