Mahamayuri, also known as the 'Queen of the secret sciences' and the 'Godmother of Buddha,' is also one of Buddhism's five guardian goddesses. According to legend, she was inspired by a Hindu goddess of the same name. She is frequently shown with four arms and riding on top of a peacock.
