AIEGNOS Commerce OS GSC Terms of Service
AIEGNOS Commerce OS GSC Terms of Service
Effective date: August 30, 2026
These Terms govern the use of AIEGNOS Commerce OS GSC, an owner-operated desktop utility used to read Google Search Console information for the verified aiegnos.com property.
Authorized use
The application is intended only for the authorized AIEGNOS owner. It is not a public software service, offers no public registration or third-party account service, and may not be used to access a Search Console property without the property owner's permission.
Read-only functionality
The application requests only https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly. It may read Search Console property information, Search Analytics data, sitemap status, and URL Inspection results.
The application cannot submit or delete sitemaps, request indexing, modify Search Console users or settings, alter Shopify, or change website content.
Account security
The authorized user is responsible for protecting the Google Account, the local computer, and the credentials used by the application. Credentials, authorization codes, and tokens must not be shared with another person.
No performance guarantee
Search Console data and local reports are provided for analysis. The application does not guarantee ranking, indexing, rich results, traffic, sales, AI-search citation, or inclusion in foundation-model training.
Availability and data limitations
The application depends on Google Search Console, Google APIs, actual data availability, local system availability, and the continued authorization of the site owner. Access may stop if Google changes or withdraws an API, if a credential expires or is revoked, or if the owner retires the integration.
Termination
The owner may stop using the application at any time, revoke Google access, and delete locally stored credentials and measurement records.
Privacy
Use of the application is also governed by the AIEGNOS Commerce OS GSC Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated if the application's functionality, access scope, or operating model changes. A broader Google API scope or external-user access requires a separate decision and updated public terms before use.
