Shipping Information

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

New United States orders

The following delivery estimates apply to new United States orders placed after these revised estimates are published.

Orders ship from Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Standard Shipping is free. Express Shipping costs USD 50. Import duties and customs clearance fees are included in both services. We pay the import duties; you do not pay additional import duties upon delivery.

Estimated total delivery time, from successful payment until you receive your parcel in the United States:

  • Standard Shipping, 4PX S5058: 14–29 calendar days.
  • Express Shipping, 4PX S5046: 7–16 calendar days.

After successful payment, preparation and handover to the carrier take an estimated 2–4 calendar days for either service. After handover, estimated transit to receipt is 12–25 calendar days for Standard Shipping and 5–12 calendar days for Express Shipping.

Calendar days include weekends. For these United States services, regular operations run seven days a week, with no daily order cutoff. The total estimates already include preparation, handover and transit; do not add these stages again.

Orders placed before these revised delivery estimates were published retain the shipping commitments made when they were placed.

Orders shipped to other destinations

Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times for Other Destinations

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days.
  • Europe: 7–15 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days.
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services.

Shipping Fees for Other Destinations

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.

All orders include tracking whenever available. Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
