Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from AIEGNOS.
You are entitled to a written copy of our refund policy upon request. To request a copy, contact returns@aiegnos.com.
New orders shipped to the United States
The following terms apply to orders shipped to the United States and placed on or after the effective date and time shown at the top of this policy.
Return requests within 14 days
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To request a return, contact returns@aiegnos.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
Change-of-mind returns
For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
These restrictions do not exclude remedies for items that arrive damaged or are defective, or any other remedies required by law.
Return destination, shipping costs, and fees
Returns are sent to China, unless applicable law requires a different arrangement.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For a return requested within 14 days of receipt because of a quality problem, we cover the return shipping costs.
We do not charge a restocking fee or an additional return fee.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we process the refund to your original payment method within 3 days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account.
Other warranty commitments and rights
The 14-day return-request window does not shorten any separate warranty promised for your order or limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
Orders placed before this policy update
Orders placed before the effective date and time shown at the top of this policy retain the return, exchange, and warranty commitments made at purchase. If a 30-day or 60-day return period or a one-year warranty was promised for your order, that commitment remains in place.

The terms in this section apply only to orders shipped outside the United States and placed on or after the effective date and time shown at the top of this policy.
For these non-U.S. orders, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
