Description of Temperance
Temperance depicts an androgynous angel with outstretched wings. The angel wears a bright crown and moves liquid between two cups or bowls. Temperance, when drawn upright, represents balance, moderation, restraint and patience. Reversed, the card represents imbalance, excess and adjustment.
